DESCRIPTION:
 - foreground-data.tar.gz : Consists of 1125 RND-WWW webpages TCP format used for foreground
                            where all outliers are already removed. Each file contains 40 
                            lines. Each line represents 1 instance.
			    (This means that one does not need to use outlier removal!)

 - background-data.tar.gz : Consists of 111884 RND-WWW webpages in TCP format used for background.

 Note, that acknowledgment packets are ignored!
